There should be little bit frankness among client and mediator because of hearing all details otherwise problems will become critical. Mediators should behave with their clients just like professional not a common person to make problem easier. If people shows rude behavior then bear with patience to tackle the fight of emotions. If mediators do not bear the rude attitudes of people will be very harmful for clients.
